Board of Trustees

The Palo Verde Community College District Board of Trustees is composed of seven elected trustees serving four-year terms, representing both Riverside and San Bernardino Counties, along with a Student Trustee elected by the District’s students. The Board is responsible for establishing District policy, ensuring fiscal stability, and supporting the educational mission of the College in service to students and the community.

Regular meetings of the Board of Trustees are typically held on the second Tuesday of each month in Assembly Room CL 101 of the Classroom/Lab Building on the Palo Verde College campus, unless adjusted due to a national holiday or Board action. Meetings begin at 4:00 p.m. with Public Comment on Closed Session items, followed by Closed Session, with Open Session reconvening at 5:00 p.m. Special Meetings and Study Sessions may be scheduled as needed, generally on the fourth Tuesday of the month, and may also be held at the Palo Verde College Needles Educational Center in Needles, California, as determined by the Board of Trustees.
